-1/2 Tbsp primal kitchen chipotle Mayo
Sprinkle sweet potato
-1-2 scrambled eggs with chicken sausage
Sprinkle goat cheese
**Layer wrap starting with Mayo, then avocado, sweet potato, eggs & goat cheese
-wrap it up & heat on skillet for 2-3 min
Frozen Blueberry Bowl
-1 cup frozen wild blueberries (can use regular but wild are smaller and make for a better consistency)
-1 scoop vanilla protein/collagen
-1 cup milk of choice
-1 serving granola of choice(we love purely Elizabeth)
**Pour blueberries into a bowl and mix the scoop of protein powder around until each one is coated
Pour in milk and mix until incorporated fully
Sprinkle granola on top!
Greek Yogurt Bowl
-1 cup probiotic Grass-Fed greek yogurt
-1/2 scoop vanilla protein
-1/2 cup blueberries
-3 TBSP Hemp Seeds
-Sprinkle Sprouted pumpkin seeds
**Mix together the yogurt, & collagen in a bowl
Sprinkle on Hemp Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Blueberries & a little Granola
*can also drizzle honey on top
