The Lagree Method, also known as the Megaformer Workout, is a low-impact, high-intensity method that tightens and tones the muscles  through slow-controlled movements, spring-loaded resistance training, fast transitions, and constant core engagement. Available in more than 500 studios worldwide, the Megaformer machine and the Lagree Method were invented by legendary fitness professional, Sebastien Lagree.
