fall feels different this year, not because it’s still crazy hot outside, but because i get to see trueform from three angles: client, fall intern, and front desk gal. it’s been equal parts sweaty, busy, and fun… and i’m so here for it.
hi! my name is lindsay, and this fall i’ve had the chance to experience trueform in three totally different ways. each role has stretched me (literally and figuratively), and together they’ve made me appreciate this community even more.
being a client is where my trueform journey started, and honestly, it only took one class for me to fall in love with the method. there’s just something about the trueform atmosphere — the playlists, the instructors, the people — that makes you want to keep showing up. every class feels new; it’s always different moves, different challenges, and different ways to grow, but the method stays the same. each class pushes me in a new way and reminds me why i fell in love with trueform in the first place. it’s more than a workout — it’s a community that lifts you up, celebrates your progress, and keeps you coming back.
being a fall intern has been such a blast. i get to combine everything i love — creating, connecting, and talking about trueform. each week, i post tiktoks, reach out to new followers, and chat with people through dms. it’s been so fun seeing how much thought and heart go into everything behind the scenes, from brainstorming content to watching ideas come to life online. i’ve learned that social media isn’t just about posting; it’s about telling a story and building a community that people want to be part of. getting to mix what i’m learning in school with something i’m so passionate about has made this internship the best kind of work.
working the front desk has easily become one of my favorite parts of being at trueform. it’s where all the energy lives, from greeting clients as they walk in to celebrating them after class. i love getting to chat with everyone, answer questions, and just be part of the buzz that happens before and after every workout. you really get to see the heart of the community up close — the smiles, the laughter, the “we survived that” moments. it’s the best mix of fun and connection, and it makes every shift something i look forward to.
no matter which hat i’m wearing — client, intern, or front desk gal — one thing always stays the same: trueform feels like home. this season has been busy, fun, and full of moments that remind me why i love this place so much.
